Job Requirements
- At least 18 years of age
- Valid driver’s license
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to lift, push, or pull up to 50 lbs
- Able to work part-time hours averaging 20 per week
- Must meet DOT requirements including Medical Card and Road Test if operating DOT-regulated route truck
- Must be 21 years or older to operate DOT-regulated vehicles
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous retail or merchandising experience beneficial
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
- Good organizational and time management skills
- Ability to communicate effectively with store personnel
- Basic knowledge of safety and sanitation practices
Job Duties
- Keep bread aisle and display locations stocked appropriately in stores
- Maintain clean and organized back-room product inventory
- Rotate products according to color code
- Ensure products are fresh and well-presented
- Assist with unloading and storing bakery products
- Provide excellent customer service by supporting store staff
- Follow safety and hygiene standards during merchandising
