Job Requirements
- 18 years of age or older
- valid driver’s license
- reliable transportation
- ability to lift push or pull up to 50 lbs
- meet DOT requirements including medical card and road test if driving route truck
- must be 21 years or older if required to drive DOT regulated vehicle
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- previous merchandising or retail experience beneficial
- valid driver’s license required
- basic knowledge of product rotation and merchandising techniques
- ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to lift and carry weights up to 50 pounds
Job Duties
- keep bread aisle and display locations stocked appropriately in stores
- maintain clean and organized back-room product inventory
- rotate products according to color code
- service local grocery store accounts to ensure product availability
- organize and arrange product displays attractively
- communicate any product or inventory issues to management
- comply with safety and company procedures
