Job Requirements
- Must have a valid driver’s license
- Proof of auto insurance
- Own vehicle for work purposes
- Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs
- Availability to work onsite across multiple store locations
- Willingness to perform physically labor-intensive tasks
- Pass pre-employment background and drug screening
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous retail or stock management experience preferred
- Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs
- Valid driver’s license and proof of auto insurance
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Basic computer skills for inventory and ordering systems
Job Duties
- Responsible for learning and performing in-store service
- Manage inventory replenishment by ordering and stocking
- Generate weekly credits for damaged or unsellable items
- Provide exceptional customer service within a defined territory
- Cover service calls when regular service representatives are away
- Perform full service at 2-3 stores per day including cleaning, straightening stock, stocking freight, culling, merchandising, ordering, and customer interaction
- Complete tasks, projects and resets of Woodgrain products as assigned
