Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Follow open/close procedures for cashiering roles including balancing funds
- Adhere to proper cash handling procedures
- Comply with loss prevention guidelines
- Availability to work all Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays
- Ability to work up to 40 hours per week during training
- Willingness to work indoors and outdoors in retail or cart locations
Job Qualifications
- Basic mathematical skills
- Comfortable with suggestive selling and sales experience helpful
- Knowledge of Hawaiian or Japanese language preferred
- Ability to adhere to cash handling and loss prevention guidelines
- Willingness to work in various merchandise locations and participate in additional training
Job Duties
- Enhance the guest experience through strong product awareness and proactive selling techniques
- Greet and thank each guest as they enter and exit the location, providing assistance and information
- Process merchandise transactions accurately following proper POS procedures
- Share pin trading knowledge, embroider guest names on hats, and engrave names on leather items
- Deliver grocery items to guest rooms throughout the resort
- Unload and process product shipments, meeting productivity and visual standards
- Straighten and stock merchandise, communicate out-of-stocks, and fulfill product as needed throughout the day
