Job Requirements

Follow open/close procedures for cashiering role, including counting and balancing funds at shift start and end
Follow proper cash handling procedures
Adhere to loss prevention guidelines
Willingness to work in specialized areas with additional training
Must be available all Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays
Ability to work up to 40 hours per week during training
Part-time availability
Ability to work indoors and outdoors

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Basic mathematical skills
Sales experience helpful
Comfortable with suggestive selling
Knowledge of Hawaiian or Japanese language preferred
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Job Duties

Enhance guest experience through strong product awareness and proactive selling techniques
Greet and thank guests as they enter and exit locations, assist with directions and event schedules, provide samples
Process merchandise transactions following proper POS procedures
Share pin trading knowledge and personalize items such as hats and leather goods
Deliver grocery items to guest rooms throughout the resort
Unload and process products while maintaining productivity and visual standards
Straighten and detail merchandise by zone, identify out-of-stock items, and replenish sales fixtures
