Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- High school diploma or equivalent required, college degree preferred
- Energetic, self-motivated, warm, and friendly personality required
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced and continuously changing environment
- Ability to bend, squat, walk, and stand for extended periods
- Ability to transport up to 30 lbs continuously
- Must maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality
- Must be flexible to work events during late nights, weekends, and holidays
- Must demonstrate ability to communicate effectively with supervisor and guests
- Must be collaborative and a team player
- Basic math skills required
- Practice safe work habits and comply with safety policies and procedures
Job Qualifications

- Possess basic math skills, ability to accurately count change and balance bank

- Able to bend and squat and walk/stand for extended periods of time
- Ability to transport up to 30 lbs on a continuous basis
- Ability to work independently or in a team during set up and to get tasks done quickly
- Ability to communicate effectively with supervisor and guests
- Be flexible to work events including late nights, weekends, and holidays at University of Michigan athletic venues
- Practice safe work habits and follow all safety policies and procedures
Job Duties
- Provide fun and professional environment for teammates and fans
- Proactively greet guests and assist all customers
- Uphold Legends standards and policies
- Accurately ring in sales and handle cash amounts in a timely manner on the Point of Sale terminal
- Ensure that you are educated on the products and services sold throughout the stadium
- Assist as directed by your supervisor to ensure that your assigned location is neat, organized, clean and fully stocked for all events and set up prior to event
- Assist with stocking of merchandise
- Perform other duties as assigned by supervision
