Job Requirements
- Be at least 18 years of age
- Have high school diploma or equivalent
- Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality
- Have basic math skills
- Able to bend, squat, walk and stand for extended periods
- Able to transport up to 30 lbs continuously
- Be flexible to work late nights, weekends, and holidays
- Practice safe work habits and complete required safety training
Job Qualifications
- Be at least 18 years of age
- Have a high school diploma or equivalent, college degree preferred
- Possess an energetic, self-motivated, warm, and friendly personality
- Be collaborative and a team player
- Demonstrate willingness and drive to exceed guest expectations
- Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality, with or without reasonable accommodation
- Have basic math skills including the ability to accurately count change and balance bank
- Able to work in a fast paced and continuously changing environment
- Able to bend and squat and walk or stand for extended periods of time
- Able to transport up to 30 lbs on a continuous basis
- Able to work independently or in a team during set up and to get tasks done quickly
- Able to communicate effectively with supervisor and guests
- Be flexible to work events at University of Michigan athletic venues including late nights, weekends, and holidays
- Practice safe work habits, follow all safety policies, procedures and regulations, complete company-wide safety training and additional job specific safety training
Job Duties
- Provide fun and professional environment for teammates and fans
- Proactively greet guests and assist all customers
- Uphold Legends standards and policies
- Accurately ring in sales and handle cash amounts in a timely manner on the Point of Sale terminal
- Ensure that you are educated on the products and services sold throughout the Stadium
- Assist as directed by your supervisor to ensure that your assigned location is neat, organized, clean and fully stocked for all events and set up prior to event
- Assist with stocking of merchandise
- Perform other duties as assigned by supervision
