Job Duties
- Educate customer on vehicle features, tech, safety, etc.
- Greet and direct customers as they enter the showroom
- Demonstration of connecting devices, programming, navigation
- Help customers personalize the setting in their vehicle
- Stay in communication and follow up with customers
- Assist customers throughout entire purchasing process acting as a liaison between the customer and sales consultant
- Provide excellent customer service and support throughout the vehicle purchase journey
