Job Requirements
- Current New Mexico Food Handler Certification and Alcohol Server Certification required
- Ability to work on your feet in humid kitchen environment for eight hours or more
- Must be able to lift/push/reach for/carry 15+ pounds frequently
- Comfort with learning a point of sale systems
- Excellent verbal communication and ability to multitask
- 6 months to 1 year or equivalent combination of education and experience
- High school diploma or equivalent experience/training

- Comfort with preparing different coffee beverages
- Excellent verbal communication and ability to multitask
- High volume and/or fine dining experience preferred
Job Duties
- Work under direction of outlets manager or supervisor
- Comfort with making an assortment of coffee and specialty beverages with latte art and flair
- Must be able to showcase coffee making abilities upon interview
- Communicate daily with restaurant leadership regarding job assignments and required timeframe
- Maintain high level of positive and professional approach with coworkers and guests
- Comply with nutrition and sanitation regulations and safety standards at all times
- Answer menu questions and offer recommendations to guests to create a memorable dining experience
