Job Requirements

  • Current New Mexico Food Handler Certification and Alcohol Server Certification required
  • Ability to work on your feet in humid kitchen environment for eight hours or more
  • Must be able to lift/push/reach for/carry 15 plus pounds frequently
  • Comfort with learning a point of sale systems
  • Excellent verbal communication and ability to multitask
  • 6 months to 1 year or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • High school diploma or equivalent experience/training

  • Six months to one year or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • High school diploma or equivalent experience/training
  • High volume and/or fine dining experience preferred
  • Excellent verbal communication skills
  • Ability to multitask effectively

Job Duties

  • Work under direction of Outlets Manager or Supervisor
  • Comfort with making an assortment of coffee and specialty beverages with latte art and flair
  • Must be able to showcase coffee making abilities upon interview
  • Communicate daily with restaurant leadership regarding job assignments and required timeframe
  • Maintain high level of positive and professional approach with coworkers and guests
  • Comply with nutrition and sanitation regulations and safety standards at all times
  • Answer menu questions, and offer recommendations to guests to create a memorable dining experience
