Job Requirements
- Five plus years of commercial construction experience with large sophisticated mechanical and electrical systems
- Extensive experience managing construction of aviation projects and complex electrical and mechanical infrastructure projects
- Experience in developing project scopes and schedules
- Experience coordinating change orders and RFIs
- Experience managing and tracking project budgets and cost control
- Ability to manage professional relationships with various stakeholders while supervising trade partners and vendors
Job Qualifications
- Five plus years of commercial construction experience with large sophisticated mechanical and electrical systems
- Extensive experience managing construction of aviation projects and complex electrical and mechanical infrastructure projects
- Experience in developing project scopes and schedules, coordinating change orders and RFIs, managing and tracking project budgets, and cost control
- Strong experience managing professional relationships with owner’s representatives, architects, engineers, and clients while supervising trade partners and vendors
- Proven leadership and communication skills in construction coordination
Job Duties
- Controls/power monitoring coordination including RFIs, submittals, graphics, testing, and checkout
- CX lead including CX schedule ownership, issue tracking and closure, CX checklist readiness reviews, and overall CX communication with client, engineer, and CX provider
- Responsible for the specific mechanical and electrical construction needs of aviation facilities and related construction projects
- Supervise all Mechanical, Electrical, and Special Systems trade contractors and vendors involved in the project
- Coordinate all Mechanical, Electrical, and Special Systems schedules, budgets, reports, and documentation from pre-construction through close-out
