Job Requirements
- Experience in culinary, marketing, project management or food service operations
- strong oral and written communication skills
- proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including PowerPoint, Excel, Teams and SharePoint
- ability to manage multiple projects and priorities
- attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- adaptability to changing environments
- ability to work independently and collaboratively
Job Qualifications
- Relevant professional background with a proven track record of increasing responsibility over time in culinary, marketing, project management or food service operations
- passion for food and interest in culinary principles
- familiarity with cooking techniques and menu writing is a plus
- exceptional oral and written communication skills
- proven project management capabilities
- advanced analytical skills
- computer literacy including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, PowerPoint, Excel, Teams and SharePoint
- creative and flexible approach with ability to adjust to dynamic environments and evolving organizational needs
Job Duties
- Support retail menu planning, process, training and timeline
- develop tools, resources and deliver training for field operations
- maintain PRIMA Web master culinary database and food management system menu and recipes
- create content for internal and external communication
- perform ad hoc projects as needed
- collaborate cross-functionally with multiple service channels, functional groups, culinary systems, line of business stakeholders and Aramark support personnel
- engage in data driven decision making and prioritize requirements for menu enablement
