Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • minimum 3 years of experience in kitchen management
  • ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • strong organizational skills
  • excellent communication abilities
  • knowledge of food safety regulations
  • availability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

Job Qualifications

  • Proven experience in kitchen management
  • strong leadership and communication skills
  • knowledge of ramen or Japanese cuisine preferred
  • ability to maintain high standards of food quality and safety
  • experience in inventory and cost control
  • culinary degree or relevant certification is a plus

Job Duties

  • Oversee daily kitchen operations
  • manage and train kitchen staff
  • ensure quality and consistency of all ramen dishes
  • monitor inventory and control food costs
  • maintain health and safety standards in the kitchen
  • collaborate with chefs to develop menu items
  • manage scheduling and labor costs
