Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a kitchen leadership role
- Experience with authentic Japanese ramen preparation preferred
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Strong attention to detail
- Physical ability to stand for long periods
- Food safety certification
Job Qualifications
- Proven experience as a kitchen manager or head chef
