Job Duties
- Ensure that all locker rooms are clean, organized, and well-stocked with towels, toiletries, and amenities for members and guests
- Monitor the condition of the lockers, report any damage, and ensure they are in good working order
- Provide exceptional customer service by assisting members with locker-related requests and inquiries
- Maintain a positive and professional atmosphere in the locker room at all times
- Assist with the opening of the club, including unlocking doors, setting up facilities, and ensuring all areas are ready for use
- Check all facilities, including bathrooms, gyms, pool areas, and dining areas, to ensure they are clean and in good working condition before the club opens
- Report any maintenance issues or hazards to the appropriate team members or management
- Perform routine cleaning and maintenance tasks around the club, including common areas, hallways, and entrances
- Monitor and replenish supplies throughout the day
- Assist in maintaining exterior areas of the club, ensuring they are tidy and presentable
- Help with setting up and maintaining event spaces, meeting rooms, and other club facilities as needed
- Collect, sort, and wash towels, linens, and other items as required by the club
- Ensure all laundry is properly laundered, dried, folded, and stored in an organized manner, ready for use by members and staff
- Monitor the laundry supplies
- Ensure the proper care of all laundry items, using the correct washing methods for different fabrics and materials
- Report any damaged or worn-out items to management for replacement or repair
- Keep the laundry area clean and organized
- Assist in the distribution of clean towels and linens to locker rooms, pools, fitness areas, and other designated locations
- Work with the locker room and maintenance teams to ensure timely and efficient laundry services
- Adhere to safety and hygiene standards while handling laundry and operating equipment
- Assist members in selecting and assigning lockers based on availability
- Maintain an up-to-date log of all locker assignments, including member names, locker numbers, and any special requests or preferences
- Regularly check locker availability and ensure unused or unassigned lockers are clearly marked and maintained
- Monitor locker usage and assist members in accessing or transferring lockers
- Ensure all lockers are in good condition and report damage or malfunctions
- Periodically inspect lockers for cleanliness and security
- Assist with locker renewals and preparations
- Handle locker-related requests with professionalism and confidentiality
- Maintain communication with management and staff to ensure smooth facility operation
- Assist with member check-ins during peak times
- Follow all safety and cleaning protocols in accordance with club policies
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Facility Manager or Operations Manager
