Job Requirements
- Ability to recall member preferences and demonstrate exceptional character in job duties
- perform personal services such as shoe shining
- restock and maintain inventory of supplies
- perform housekeeping functions including vacuuming, mopping, sweeping, polishing, dusting, and emptying wastebaskets
- maintain cleanliness of restrooms and showers
- follow safety precautions in handling cleaning solutions and equipment
- perform work while standing with frequent bending, stooping, and twisting
- carry, push, pull, and lift up to 45 pounds several times per shift
- work in wet, humid environment and walk on wet surfaces
Job Qualifications
- One year of prior customer service and/or custodial experience
- experience in a country club setting preferred
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to work standing for extended periods
- attention to detail

- ability to follow safety procedures
Job Duties
- Greet members with courtesy and kindness
- recall member preferences and provide personalized service
- perform shoe shining and other personal services for members
- restock and maintain inventory of supplies in locker rooms, restrooms, showers, steam room, and fitness areas
- perform general housekeeping duties including vacuuming, mopping, sweeping, polishing, dusting, and emptying wastebaskets
- maintain cleanliness of restrooms and showers
- follow safety protocols for handling cleaning chemicals and operating equipment
