Job Requirements
- Ability to routinely bend to raise more than 20 lbs
- Ability to work in a stationary position and move about the club for prolonged periods of time
- Must be dependable and punctual
- Ability to adhere to company safety standards and protocols
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Previous experience in facility maintenance or janitorial services is a plus
- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to follow safety and cleaning procedures
- Good physical stamina and ability to perform repetitive tasks
- Effective communication skills
- Ability to work well in a team environment
Job Duties
- Maintains indoor and outdoor club cleanliness and safety by performing daily maintenance tasks
- Washes, folds, and stocks member towels and ensures locker rooms are neat and orderly
- Ensures the usage of locker room consumables, cleaning products, and chemicals follow the amount prearranged by the department budget
- Responds to member inquiries regarding Life Time products, services, policies, and procedures
- Supports overall facility presentation and adherence to company standards
- Assists in monitoring and reporting facility maintenance issues
- Collaborates with team members to enhance member satisfaction and facility operations
