Job Requirements
- Ability to recall member preferences and demonstrate exceptional character
- perform personal services such as shining shoes
- restock and maintain inventory of supplies
- perform general housekeeping functions
- follow safety precautions when handling cleaning solutions and equipment
- physically able to stand for most of the shift with frequent bending, stooping, and twisting
- able to carry, push, pull, and lift up to 45 pounds
- able to work in wet and humid environments
- weekday availability from 1 PM to 7 PM
Job Qualifications
- One year of prior customer service and/or custodial experience
- prior experience in a country club setting preferred
- excellent customer service skills
- strong organizational skills
- attention to detail
- ability to work independently and as part of a team
- positive attitude and professional demeanor
Job Duties
- Greet members with courtesy and a spirit of hospitality
- recall member preferences and demonstrate exceptional character
- perform personal services such as shining shoes
- restock and maintain inventory of supplies in restrooms, showers, locker room, steam room, and fitness area
- perform general housekeeping including vacuuming, mopping, sweeping, polishing, dusting, emptying wastebaskets, and maintaining cleanliness of restrooms and showers
- follow safety precautions when handling cleaning solutions and operating equipment
- maintain a professional demeanor and positive attitude
