Job Requirements
- Ability to routinely bend to raise more than 20 lbs
- ability to work in a stationery position and move about the club for prolonged periods of time
- willingness to follow safety and cleanliness protocols
- flexibility to work varying shifts including weekends and holidays
Job Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- experience in facility maintenance or related role preferred
- strong customer service and communication skills
- ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
- attention to detail and organizational skills
Job Duties
- Maintains indoor and outdoor club cleanliness and safety by performing daily maintenance tasks
- washes, folds, and stocks member towels and ensures locker rooms are neat and orderly
- ensures usage of locker room consumables, cleaning products, and chemicals follow department budget
- responds to member inquiries regarding Life Time products, services, policies and procedures
