Job Requirements

  • More than one year of restaurant serving experience
  • Deep knowledge of proper alcohol and food service
  • Clean and professional appearance
  • Strong communication and listening skills
  • Ability to work with team to meet goals
  • Ability to work in fast-paced environment
  • Ability to move 25 lbs and stand or walk for extended periods
  • Genuine passion for customer service and member satisfaction

Job Qualifications

  • Ability to work effectively in a team
  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds

  • Country club experience preferred

Job Duties

  • Set up the dining room before service
  • Greet members warmly and take food and beverage orders
  • Provide polite, professional assistance including explaining menu items and making recommendations
  • Serve alcohol and food promptly and ensure member satisfaction
  • Close out checks and prepare reports and tip outs
  • Communicate issues, feedback, or complaints to management
  • Clean and maintain pantry, dining room, and storage areas
  • Attend staff meetings and participate in training to enhance service skills
