Job Duties
- Set up the dining room before service
- Greet members warmly and take food and beverage orders
- Provide polite, professional assistance including explaining menu items and making recommendations
- Serve alcohol and food promptly and ensure member satisfaction
- Close out checks and prepare reports and tip outs
- Communicate issues, feedback, or complaints to management
- Clean and maintain pantry, dining room, and storage areas
- Attend staff meetings and participate in training to enhance service skills
