Job Requirements

Minimum three years of housekeeping experience
Previous supervisory or leadership experience
Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills
Excellent attention to detail
Effective communication and interpersonal skills
Flexibility to work rotating morning shifts, including weekends and holidays
Knowledge of cleaning techniques, chemicals, and equipment usage
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
Physical abilities to stand, walk, bend, and lift as required by the role
High school diploma or equivalent

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

Oversee and coordinate daily housekeeping operations, staffing assignments, and workflow efficiency
Supervise, train, and support housekeeping team members to ensure performance standards are consistently met
Conduct regular inspection of rooms and common areas to maintain quality and cleanliness standards
Manage inventory levels, supplies, and equipment to support operational needs
Assist with scheduling and staffing coverage for rotating shifts
Maintain compliance with safety, sanitation, and company policies and procedures
