Job Duties
- Ensure a constant welcoming presence at the Memory Care reception
- Assist with resident personal care needs
- Facilitate resident participation in daily activities
- Support residents with general activities of daily living
- Cross-train to fulfill Personal Care Aide duties
- Communicate effectively with residents and families
- Adapt care approaches to individual resident needs
