- High school diploma or GED preferred
- experience in senior care preferred
- must pass licensing and background checks
- strong communication skills
- ability to engage seniors in activities
- physical ability to assist with ADLs

Job Duties
- Help create, plan, direct, coordinate, manage events and activities that promote rich living experiences for residents
- foster an environment where play is as important as assisting with care
- promote physical and mental stimulation, spiritual needs, social engagement, and lifelong learning
- assist residents with ADL tasks including housekeeping, making beds, serving meals, personal laundry, showers, toileting, dressing, undressing, oral and hair care, transfers and ambulation
- observe residents for safety and report any change of condition to Memory Care Director
