Job Requirements
- High school graduate or equivalent
- Ability to communicate with members, non-members, and co-workers in a positive, friendly manner
- Must present professional image
- Must be accurate in telephone and account transactions
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Outlook
- Ability or willingness to be trained to operate office equipment, including computers, printers, calculators, fax machines, copiers, telephones, and cash advance machines
- Regular and reliable attendance

Job Duties
- Greet members and non-members, ascertain their needs, update the lobby traffic log and hand off the member to the appropriate service representative or assist with Teller Services experience
- Assist members and non-members with inquiries and provide general information about the credit union
- Answer telephone and take messages or route calls to appropriate personnel
- Provide account information such as balances, cleared check information, deposits, withdrawals, transfers, checks returned, and check verification
- Post transactions that cannot be handled through Teller Services including credit card cash advances, cashier's checks, and coin machine vouchers
- Assist with transactions during ITM downtime and troubleshoot ITM issues
- Assist members and non-members with self-service coin machines if applicable
- Help members complete paperwork and set up for services, explain services, and demonstrate their use
- Issue instant issue cards via Card Wizard Instant Issue system
- Manage mail and courier work
- Perform administrative duties including ordering checks, processing address changes, preparing stop payments, ordering statement copies, issuing direct deposit and proof of account letters
- Follow policies related to Bank Secrecy Act, Anti-Money Laundering, Customer Identification Program, and Office of Foreign Assets Control daily for compliance
- Provide notary services if applicable
- Read internal publications and perform other assigned duties as required
