Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous sales or customer service experience preferred
- Basic computer literacy
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Passion for health and fitness

Job Duties
- Provide a welcoming, informative and entertaining experience for members and guests
- Drive potential members into the gym to deliver industry leading customer services
- Book membership appointments through productive phone activities and meet or exceed monthly appointment goals
- Ensure that 100% of guests are presented the "Fitness Tour" during gym tours as detailed in the Membership Specialist Playbook
- Follow up with members that have enrolled to ensure expectations are exceeded
- Provide the highest level of customer service when communicating and interacting with guests
- Assist in maintaining a clean and operational facility
