Job Requirements
- Legal work authorization in the United States
- Previous customer service experience preferred
- Excellent communication skills including reading, writing, and oral proficiency in English
- Ability to type at least 40 words per minute
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of the local area preferred
- Availability to work weekends and holidays

Job Duties
- Welcome members and residential guests with enthusiasm and professionalism
- Provide detailed information about resort services, operations, personnel, and in-house events
- Register and orient members, residential house guests, and rental guests including setting up temporary accounts and issuing guest cards
- Process packages, faxes, messages, and mail accurately and timely
- Maintain up-to-date information on local vendors, attractions, and activities and assist with reservations and transportation
- Utilize software programs for registration and special arrangements
- Ensure common areas including the Club Concierge are maintained in excellent condition
