Job Duties
- Sell membership packages and consistently meet or exceed goals set by leadership
- educate customers on the benefits of each car wash membership, tailoring recommendations to their needs
- achieve personal sales targets, sign-up goals, and upsell objectives
- drive the store team's success in meeting Ultimate Wash Club sign-up goals, directly contributing to membership acquisition and retention
- greet customers warmly, guiding them seamlessly through the car wash process
- engage with customers before and after their wash to ensure complete satisfaction
- handle transactions accurately at the point of sale
- adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines to prevent accidents and injuries
- collaborate effectively with teammates to ensure smooth operations and high customer satisfaction
- maintain a professional appearance in line with company guidelines
- take on additional responsibilities as assigned by management
