Job Requirements

- prior sales experience preferably in health club or spa market
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously

Job Duties
- Conduct onsite and outside sales efforts with local companies and corporations as well as individuals, residential and community merchants to generate leads and awareness
- manage the relationship through communication and collaboration between AquaVie sales and AquaVie marketing efforts generating sales leads
- responsible for providing customized, personal attention to members and guests that meet and exceed expectations
- conduct property tours for prospective members and groups
- track sales on a daily basis and develop plans to achieve revenue goals
- develop seasonal sales strategies to enhance sales
- create referral and rewards programs to drive sales
- assist in the development of the annual marketing and promotions plan
- facilitate meetings with General Manager, AquaVie Director and Director of Sales for The Westgate and AquaVie, to communicate progress and seek approval for sales strategies and goals
- maintain knowledge of all products and services in order to train and motivate staff to ensure that business goals and objectives are met
- track and measure ROI of all marketing materials and initiatives
- professionally represent AquaVie Fitness and Wellness Club attending external and internal networking functions and group activities
- attend staff meetings
- adhere to safety, health regulations and sanitation requirements
- perform other duties as assigned by Director of AquaVie, General Manager or Director of Sales for The Westgate Hotel and AquaVie
