Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous customer service or sales experience
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings weekends and holidays
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Google Documents
- Ability to handle conflict and resolve problems effectively
- Capacity to multitask and manage time efficiently
- Commitment to uphold YMCA values and policies

- Former YMCA experience utilizing SGA sales preferred
Job Duties
- Implement sales and membership strategies to support recruitment and retention
- Create a member-focused culture and model relationship-building skills
- Foster a climate of innovation and resolve problems for member satisfaction
- Promote program and membership enrollment to maximize sales
- Coordinate program registration logistics for phone, walk-in, and web registration
- Ensure proper implementation of member service procedures and communicate updates
- Assist in organizing membership events and represent the YMCA at community events
