Job Duties
- support all member experience initiatives including new member onboarding engagement programming communications and retention efforts
- serve as a welcoming service-oriented presence for members guests and prospective members
- assist with member mixers social events and engagement initiatives across golf tennis pickleball fitness and family programming
- support 360 event planning and execution including check-in on-site coordination marketing support communications and post-event follow-up
- assist with signature events including holiday traditions charitable events and marquee club experiences
- manage the clubs social media presence ensuring content reflects the nelsons elevated brand and member experience
- create schedule and publish engaging social media content highlighting events amenities programming and club lifestyle
