Job Requirements
- Minimum age of 21
- high school diploma or equivalent required
- 2 years of experience in customer service required
- CPR, AED and First Aid certifications to be obtained within 90 days
- ability to work Monday through Friday with some nights and weekends
- consistent on-site presence required
- prior supervisory experience preferred
- completed Praesidium Academy training

Job Duties
- Develop strategies to motivate staff and achieve goals
- provide clear job expectations for all supported roles
- drive team engagement and effectiveness
- serve as a member of branch, membership department and YMCA leadership teams
- foster a culture that builds trust and treats all team members with respect
- provide direct supervision to leads and frontline staff
- manage staffing, scheduling, payroll and programming
- create and implement annual training calendar
- provide regular feedback to staff
- develop and oversee membership and program registrations
- implement quality control measures for member retention
- respond promptly to member concerns
- manage budgeted revenue and expenses
- support staff and capital campaigns
- maintain facility cleanliness and safety
- prepare staff for emergency responses
- ensure proper facility opening and closing
- promote character development and inclusivity
- report damaged equipment or safety hazards
- perform other necessary functions for efficient operation
