Job Requirements
- High school diploma required
- Minimum one year of administrative experience
- Preferably one year experience in marketing, sales, or hospitality
- Must speak, read, write, and understand English
- Excellent attention to detail, speed, and accuracy
- Ability to prioritize and organize tasks
- Strong problem-solving skills and good judgment
- Ability to follow directions thoroughly
- Understanding of guest service needs
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Ability to work with minimal supervision
- Maintain confidentiality of guest information
- Moderate to advanced computer skills

- Capable of multitasking
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, Adobe InDesign, and Photoshop

- Able to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods
- Ability to reach, bend, twist, pull and stoop
- Ability to climb ladders if necessary
- Effective communication, hearing, and visual skills
- Ability to focus on computer screens for long durations
- Able to adapt to moderate indoor temperatures
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma required
- Some college preferred
- Minimum one year of administrative experience required
- Minimum one year experience in marketing, sales, and/or hospitality preferred
- Must speak, read, write, and understand English
- Must possess advanced computer skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, Adobe InDesign, and Photoshop
- Ability to multitask effectively
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work cohesively in a team and independently
- Strong customer service orientation
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of guest information
- Ability to operate office equipment proficiently
Job Duties
- Perform administrative duties including managing director’s calendar and scheduling appointments
- Develop and produce newsletters as a future project
- Handle quarterly mailings detail and distribution
- Submit and process purchase orders
- Coordinate member events including décor, menu selection, and entertainment
- Post revenue from events in Refine system
- Maintain membership database in Fitpro and organize digital files
- Field incoming membership inquiries and assign to appropriate Sales Manager
- Manage membership relations including service issues, billing through accounting, and maintenance of complaint log
- Handle reservations and RSVP for membership events such as tasting receptions and wine dinners
- Track registration and process payments for club functions
- Create marketing flyers for events
- Research and develop resources for club events
- Coordinate all details related to membership venues including wine allotments and supplies
