Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • minimum of 1 year of experience in an administrative or customer service role, sales, hospitality, or service industry
  • ability to stand, walk, and perform physical activities for extended periods
  • ability to work in varying temperatures and environments
  • capable of climbing ladders, squatting, kneeling, reaching, grasping, twisting, bending, and folding/unfolding
  • able to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 25 lbs occasionally
  • effective communication skills including talking and hearing
  • sufficient visual acuity

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • minimum of 1 year of experience in administrative, customer service, sales, hospitality, or service industry roles
  • associate or bachelor’s degree preferred
  • selling and negotiation skills
  • familiarity with golf or private club industry
  • proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
  • strong organizational skills
  • excellent customer service orientation
  • ability to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced environment

Job Duties

  • Support membership recruitment efforts by preparing prospect materials
  • coordinate club tours
  • assist in follow-up campaigns to drive new member engagement and referrals
  • assist in planning and executing club events
  • coordinate orientations to ensure smooth onboarding
  • maintain and update membership records
  • prepare reports and correspondence
  • support scheduling of meetings
  • provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues
  • build strong relationships with members
  • assist others as needed
  • follow company, club, and department policies
  • maintain professionalism
  • follow safe working practices
  • pursue personal and professional growth
  • address and resolve challenges with available resources
  • attend daily briefings and engage in team activities
