Job Duties

  • Operate as first point of contact for members and guests entering the resort
  • exemplify a hospitality mindset to build relationships and create extraordinary experiences
  • receive and facilitate incoming phone calls from members and guests
  • maintain updated knowledge of club programming, events, pricing, and policies to educate members and guests appropriately
  • assist members with account maintenance, processing needs, changes and transactions including payments
  • serve as point of contact for new member acquisition and retention interactions
  • engage in problem solving and service recovery for member questions and concerns utilizing appropriate tools and resources
