Job Duties
- Operate as the first point of contact for members and guests entering the resort
- exemplify a hospitality mindset to build relationships with members and guests creating extraordinary experiences
- receive and facilitate incoming phone calls from members and guests
- maintain updated knowledge to educate members and guests on club programming events pricing and policies
- assist members with account maintenance processing changes and transactions including program service and product payments
- serve as point of contact for new member acquisition and member retention
- engage in problem solving and service recovery for member questions and concerns using appropriate tools and resources
