Job Requirements

- Complete Concierge Certification upon hire
- Must work a minimum of 15 hours per week

Job Duties
- Operate as first point of contact for members and guests
- Receive and facilitate incoming phone calls from members and guests
- Maintain updated knowledge to appropriately educate all members and guests of club programming, events, pricing, and policies
- Exemplify a hospitality mindset to build relationships with members and guests, regularly creating extraordinary experiences
- Assist members with transactions and general account changes
