Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 6 months service/reception experience
  • complete Concierge Certification upon hire
  • must work a minimum of 15 hours per week
  • commitment to serve others
  • effective communication skills
  • passion for living a healthy way of life
  • ability to multi-task and deliver high quality customer service in a fast-paced environment
  • must have good verbal communication
  • must be able to stand for 4 hours at a time

Job Duties

  • Operate as first point of contact for members and guests
  • receive and facilitate incoming phone calls from members and guests
  • maintain updated knowledge to appropriately educate all members and guests of club programming, events, pricing, and policies
  • exemplify a hospitality mindset to build relationships with members and guests, regularly creating extraordinary experiences
  • assist members with transactions and general account changes
