Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Previous experience in membership services, hospitality, or client relations preferred
Proficiency with CRM software and general computer skills
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Creative thinking and problem-solving skills

Job Qualifications

Self-starter who takes initiative and works independently with minimal supervision
Strong ideation and creativity skills, with the ability to bring fresh ideas to life
Highly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
Proficient in software systems, particularly CRM platforms
Exceptional customer service and communication skills, with a warm, professional demeanor
Strong problem-solving abilities with a positive, solutions-focused mindset
Previous experience in membership services, hospitality, or client relations preferred

Job Duties

Act as the main point of contact for members, providing prompt and professional support
Manage and maintain accurate member records using CRM software
Develop and implement creative ideas to enhance the member experience
Proactively engage with members to ensure satisfaction, retention, and loyalty
Organize and oversee membership communications, renewals, and follow-ups
Assist in planning and coordinating member events, programs, and initiatives
Collaborate across departments to streamline processes and support overall organizational goals
Track and report membership trends, engagement, and feedback to leadership
