Job Requirements

- Previous experience in membership services, hospitality, or client relations preferred
- Proficiency with CRM software and general computer skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Creative thinking and problem-solving skills

Job Duties
- Act as the main point of contact for members, providing prompt and professional support
- Manage and maintain accurate member records using CRM software
- Develop and implement creative ideas to enhance the member experience
- Proactively engage with members to ensure satisfaction, retention, and loyalty
- Organize and oversee membership communications, renewals, and follow-ups
- Assist in planning and coordinating member events, programs, and initiatives
- Collaborate across departments to streamline processes and support overall organizational goals
- Track and report membership trends, engagement, and feedback to leadership
