Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- availability to work full-time including Saturdays
- ability to handle confidential information responsibly
- good communication skills
- experience working in a hospitality or customer service role preferred

Job Duties
- Manage concierge que emails
- process all online member add on requests
- process all online member removal requests
- process all online upgrade/downgrade requests
- process account reactivations
- process refunds with provided guidelines
- assist members with program registration
- work closely with Member Account Representative in resolving issues for monthly billing
- answer phone calls from members and assist with member needs
- audit daily club contracts
- other duties as assigned by Supervisor
