Job Requirements
- Full-time availability including Saturdays
- Ability to communicate effectively
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Self-motivated and resourceful
- Ability to maintain confidentiality with highly sensitive information
- Experience in handling member accounts or customer service
- Proficiency with computer systems and software

Job Duties
- Manage concierge que emails
- Process all online member add on requests
- Process all online member removal requests
- Process all online upgrade/downgrade requests
- Process account reactivations
- Process refunds within provided guidelines
- Assist members with program registration
- Work closely with Member Account Representative to resolve monthly billing issues
- Answer phone calls and assist members with their needs
- Audit daily club contracts
- Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor
