Job Requirements

Full-time availability including Saturdays
high school diploma or equivalent
experience in hospitality or customer service preferred
strong communication skills
ability to handle confidential information
organized and self-motivated
ability to multi-task and work independently
proficiency with computer systems

Job Qualifications

Hospitality industry experience is preferred
highly organized and a self-starter
excellent team player
focused yet flexible
excellent judgment
comfortable handling sensitive information and confidential information
strong computer skills

Job Duties

Manage concierge queue emails
process all online member add-on requests
process all online member removal requests
process all online upgrade/downgrade requests
process account reactivations
process refunds with provided guidelines
assist members with program registration
work closely with Member Account Representative in resolving issues for monthly billing
answer phone calls from members and assist with member needs
audit daily club contracts
perform other duties as assigned by Supervisor
