Job Duties
- Assist in front desk operations including membership sales
- Product and service sales
- Schedule programs and services
- Perform financial reconciliation
- Implement front desk processes
- Track member activity
- Respond to member inquiries and feedback
- Enforce facility access policies
- Perform clerical duties
- Encourage member engagement
- Execute other duties as assigned by supervisor
