Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- ability to travel to and work at various locations

Job Qualifications
- possess a valid driver's license
- strong written and verbal communication skills in both English and Spanish preferred
- proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
- basic familiarity with social media platforms
- ability to multitask and stay organized
- enthusiastic with strong interpersonal skills
- prior event planning experience is a plus
Job Duties
- assist with recruiting new members and retaining current members
- maintain and update the membership database regularly
- provide excellent customer service to members by responding to inquiries and processing membership applications and renewals
- coordinate and manage internal communications with members, stakeholders, and the community
- assist in creating and distributing newsletters and social media updates
- help plan and coordinate events including monthly meetings and networking mixers
- provide administrative support to board members as needed
