Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • ability to travel to and work at various locations

Job Qualifications

  • possess a valid driver's license
  • strong written and verbal communication skills in both English and Spanish preferred
  • proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
  • basic familiarity with social media platforms
  • ability to multitask and stay organized
  • enthusiastic with strong interpersonal skills
  • prior event planning experience is a plus

Job Duties

  • assist with recruiting new members and retaining current members
  • maintain and update the membership database regularly
  • provide excellent customer service to members by responding to inquiries and processing membership applications and renewals
  • coordinate and manage internal communications with members, stakeholders, and the community
  • assist in creating and distributing newsletters and social media updates
  • help plan and coordinate events including monthly meetings and networking mixers
  • provide administrative support to board members as needed
