Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 3 - 5 years' experience in administrative roles, hospitality, or event coordination preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other administrative tools
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to multitask and work independently
- Strong organizational skills
- Availability to work full-time onsite in Napa, California

Job Duties
- Provide administrative support, including registering members for events and assisting in registration process, ensuring Member website is up to date, maintaining records, and handling general office duties
- Assist in the setting up and execution of club events, ensuring smooth operations and outstanding experience for members and guests
- Serve as liaison between departments to facilitate seamless coordination of club activities, special events, and member services
- Greet and assist members and guests with professionalism, responding to inquiries and providing information about club amenities, programs, and events
- Maintain a well-organized workspace and contribute to a positive, team-oriented atmosphere
