Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 3 - 5 years' experience in administrative roles, hospitality, or event coordination preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other administrative tools
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and work independently
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Availability to work full-time onsite in Napa, California

Job Duties

  • Provide administrative support, including registering members for events and assisting in registration process, ensuring Member website is up to date, maintaining records, and handling general office duties
  • Assist in the setting up and execution of club events, ensuring smooth operations and outstanding experience for members and guests
  • Serve as liaison between departments to facilitate seamless coordination of club activities, special events, and member services
  • Greet and assist members and guests with professionalism, responding to inquiries and providing information about club amenities, programs, and events
  • Maintain a well-organized workspace and contribute to a positive, team-oriented atmosphere
