Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 3 - 5 years experience in administrative roles hospitality or event coordination preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and work independently
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Positive attitude and team-player mindset

Job Duties

  • Provide administrative support including registering members for events and assisting in registration process
  • Ensure Member website is up to date
  • Maintain records and handle general office duties
  • Assist in setting up and execution of club events
  • Serve as liaison between departments for seamless coordination of club activities special events and member services
  • Greet and assist members and guests with professionalism respond to inquiries and provide information about club amenities programs and events
  • Maintain a well-organized workspace and contribute to a positive team-oriented atmosphere
