Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in customer service or hospitality
- Ability to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Basic computer proficiency
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Must be able to stand for extended periods
- Reliable and punctual
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous customer service experience
- Familiarity with Brivo system or similar credentialing systems
- Basic knowledge of computer software and attendee management tools
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Experience in a member-focused environment preferred
Job Duties
- Provide essential customer service to ensure member satisfaction and member appreciation
- Greet all members and guests upon their arrival and departure from the building and ensure they follow proper check-in procedures
- Maintain current knowledge about all programs, services and activities offered at the J in order to promote these services and assist members with inquiries
- Serve as a liaison between members and staff by communicating member concerns to the proper supervisor
- Provide members with assistance in getting their Brivo Credentials and ensuring that they are working properly
- Able to use Traction Guest to have all guests sign in for meetings, tours, and other events that are taking place at the J
- Validate guest passes and charge when needed
