Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in customer service or hospitality
  • Ability to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Basic computer proficiency
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
  • Must be able to stand for extended periods
  • Reliable and punctual
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous customer service experience
  • Familiarity with Brivo system or similar credentialing systems
  • Basic knowledge of computer software and attendee management tools
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
  • Experience in a member-focused environment preferred

Job Duties

  • Provide essential customer service to ensure member satisfaction and member appreciation
  • Greet all members and guests upon their arrival and departure from the building and ensure they follow proper check-in procedures
  • Maintain current knowledge about all programs, services and activities offered at the J in order to promote these services and assist members with inquiries
  • Serve as a liaison between members and staff by communicating member concerns to the proper supervisor
  • Provide members with assistance in getting their Brivo Credentials and ensuring that they are working properly
  • Able to use Traction Guest to have all guests sign in for meetings, tours, and other events that are taking place at the J
  • Validate guest passes and charge when needed
