Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum 1-2 years experience in customer service or related field
  • Ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
  • Strong communication skills
  • Proactive and team-oriented attitude
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to multitask and solve problems effectively
  • Maintain professional and enthusiastic demeanor under pressure

Job Duties

  • Provide essential customer service to ensure member satisfaction and member appreciation
  • Greet all members and guests upon their arrival and departure from the building and ensure they follow proper check-in procedures
  • Maintain current knowledge about all programs, services and activities offered at the community center in order to promote these services and assist members with inquiries
  • Serve as a liaison between members and staff by communicating member concerns to the proper supervisor
  • Provide members with assistance in getting their Brivo credentials and ensuring that they are working properly
  • Use Traction Guest software to have all guests sign in for meetings, tours and other events taking place at the community center
  • Validate guest passes and charge when needed
