Job Requirements

  • 1-2 years experience in customer service or related field
  • Ability to work nights and weekends
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

Job Duties

  • Provide essential customer service to ensure member satisfaction and member appreciation
  • Greet all members and guests upon arrival and departure and ensure proper check-in procedures
  • Maintain current knowledge about all programs, services, and activities offered to promote and assist members with inquiries
  • Serve as a liaison between members and staff by communicating member concerns to appropriate supervisors
  • Provide assistance with obtaining and operating Brivo Credentials
  • Use Traction Guest to register guests for meetings, tours, and events
  • Validate guest passes and process charges when needed
