Job Requirements
- Minimum 1-2 years experience in customer service

Job Duties
- Provide essential customer service to ensure member satisfaction and member appreciation
- greet all members and guests upon their arrival and departure and ensure they follow proper check-in procedures
- maintain current knowledge about all programs, services, and activities offered at the agency
- serve as a liaison between members and staff by communicating member concerns to the proper supervisor
- assist members with Brivo Credentials and ensure their proper functionality
- utilize Traction Guest to have all guests sign in for meetings, tours, and events
- validate guest passes and charge fees as necessary
