Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in customer service or related fields
- Proficient in using software applications including Brivo and Traction Guest
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in customer service or concierge role preferred
- Ability to use technology platforms such as Brivo and Traction Guest
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently
- Knowledge of agency programs and services is a plus
Job Duties
- Provide essential customer service to ensure member satisfaction and member appreciation
- Greet all members and guests upon their arrival and departure from the building and ensure they follow proper check-in procedures
- Maintain current knowledge about all programs, services and activities offered at the agency to promote these services and assist members with inquiries
- Serve as a liaison between members and staff by communicating member concerns to the proper supervisor
- Provide members with assistance in obtaining and verifying Brivo credentials and ensure proper functionality
- Use Traction Guest software to have all guests sign in for meetings, tours, and events
- Validate guest passes and process charges when necessary
